Homo Sapiens (2021–) is a series of video portraits depicting people standing in front of their homes, their gaze directly addressing the eye of the camera. Through close observation, the work explores the boundaries between the collective and the individual, attempting to visualise what lies beyond our superficial differences – what connects us as humans.
