As a reference to the work of Fischli and Weiss (1987) and to Bruno Latour’s Making Things Public (2005), very diverse protagonists, everyday objects, and issues are jumbled together in a way that makes power structures, materials, techniques, obstacles, and resulting correlations clear. The complexity and situational many-sidedness of things is reflected in the topics, matters for negotiation, and objects of investigation dealt with, which ultimately represent the objects of cognition in the individual works.
