Don Felix Chauvin (*1989, Aachen) is a German painter who deals with the effects of digitisation on our society. Painting is important to him as a medium, because the sensual process and the organic material create an analogous balance to the digital topics and thus a discourse between the virtual and real world takes place. Don Felix Chauvin tries to satisfy his contrary, sometimes paradoxical, longings by linking the two sides of reality with one another and thus presenting a unified picture of his reality.
